Dev Biswokarma Man of the MatchMyagdi United remains victorious in their quest for One Day Trophy in GNC Tournament. Beating Pacific College of Technology, they have kept their records clean. This final venture before the semis has established Myagdi as a strong contender to lift the Trophy along with Laligurans and Lumbini. Pacific College of Technology’s Captain Manoj Mandal invited Myagdi to bat first after winning the toss. Myagdi utilised this opportunity as a perfect batting practice before semis. Openers Manish Shrestha once again shined with polished 69 off 54 balls. With 13 fours, he Pacific College of Technologysmashed bowlers all around the ground. Dipendra Thapa accelerated the run rate with 28 just off 18 deliveries. Together they put 78 runs of partnership. Pacific college of Technology executed a very ordinary fielding display with countless dropped catches. Manish Shrestha got lucky few times, however his ominous form can not be undermined. His quest for runs and ability to hit boundaries has made him a stand out player among others. Dev Biswokarma was another gem on Myagdi’s winning crown. Even Bowlers like Manoj KC and Pradeep Panta could not claim wickets at their will. No doubt, stronger opponents will prove severe. There will be no room for second chance.
